At Casa Pellegrini, olive oil isn’t just a product—it’s a philosophy, a lineage, and a love letter to the land.
Our story begins in Kazıklı, Muğla, where ancient winds sweep through groves rooted in geological time. Here, on the sun-drenched Aegean hillsides, we cultivate two extraordinary varietals: Memecik, the soulful signature of the South Aegean, and Delice, the wild, untamed ancestor of them all.

These olives—one nurtured, the other born free—are pressed together in harmony. We use 100% cold-pressed methods, preserving every drop of antioxidant, flavor, and vitality. Delice (Olea europaea var. sylvestris), rich in Vitamin E and polyphenols, offers boldness, depth, and healing qualities. Memecik, with its notes of citrus, bay leaf, and almond, lends balance, elegance, and a silken finish.​​
